The leadership report found evidence of poor behaviours and attitudes such as discrimination, bullying and blame cultures in certain parts of the health and social care system. These behaviours and attitudes hinder the ability to create a more diverse leadership in the NHS.

It is time to stop talking about the problem and actually commit to concrete actions.
