Young people are our future and deserve the best chances of success. That’s why creating opportunities and the conditions for them to thrive in the constituency continues to be one of my key political priorities.

My work includes improving educational opportunities, a highlight of which is my annual Political Summer School, a week long seminar series which each year provides a cohort of Battersea students the chance to come to Parliament and hear from front-bench politicians, journalists and trade unionists about the inner workings of Westminster. I also have consistently worked to tackle the scandal of off rolling and school exclusions; and worked to create more green spaces, as well as sports and leisure facilities in the constituency.
