Question on falling pupil roll numbers

Wandsworth has some of the sharpest declines in pupil roll numbers, with a 12% drop in reception places. Many parents in Battersea have voiced concerns to me about the future of their children’s education. I asked the Minister what the govt are doing to address this issue.

Flawed PIP Assessment response

In response to my written questions, the Government has provided data that found more 50,000 PIP decisions were overturned at appeal tribunal without the need for new evidence. The assessment for PIP is not fit for purpose and needs to be scrapped.
